WeKan Worldwide Commercial Support

WeKan (VAT Number: FI34047245) is a Finnish Sole Proprietorship. All grants and revenue are dedicated directly to the maintenance and open-source development of WeKan. All code is published under the MIT license at https://github.com/wekan/wekan, supporting all major platforms with upgrades. There is no proprietary code. All development progress is public on our Status page. WeKan currently serves a global customer base across Europe, the Americas, and Asia.

Founder & Lead Maintainer: Lauri Ojansivu (xet7). As the lead maintainer of WeKan® Open Source kanban, he has contributed over 4 million code changes to the project since December 2016.

WeKan® is a Registered Trademark in Finland.

  3. 1 support case: Minimum is Prepaid 100 euro (paid with Wise or PayPal) for 1 support case, for example 1 bugfix that will be usually fixed and released to https://wekan.fi/install/ within 1-3 business days.

Official Status is only available by emailing support@wekan.fi

Public GitHub issues are not a support area. GitHub issues do not have any priority. GitHub issues are only for FLOSS developers, that are able to write detailed anonymized details and screenshots about bugs, add to issues more details and clues when bug happens, or able send PR to fix some GitHub issue. GitHub issues are also full of newbie trolls and flamewars, those that have not supported WeKan in any way, not donated, not sent any PR, so if you have paid something for WeKan, please do not participate to GitHub issues, so that you would not be categorized as FLOSS developer or troll, instead email support@wekan.fi . Answers at GitHub issues are not official status, they are incomplete outdated discussions like Twitter or Facebook.

All paid features are being developed and added to WeKan, there is new releases with major features and fixes about every 3rd day since December 2016. WeKan already has new features other kanban software does not have. Security issues have been fixed immediately. Upgrade info is at https://wekan.fi/upgrade/. NOTE: After Pre-payment, there is no money back possibility, or ability to predict future (like estimate or deadline). Feature/Fix/Support/Hosting will be implemented, because there is no way to get back time that already been spent implementing it. More details, also see bottom of this article.

    EU: VAT 0% reverse charge, VAT Directive art 44.
    Finland: VAT 25,50 %

  7. Invoice Due Date

Very important when paying the bill is writing the reference number on the bill, so payment goes to WeKan.
